Coaching Youth Volleyball - 4th Edition (Coaching Youth Sports)

I've been around volleyball for many years as a player, coach and ref, so I wasn't looking for a primer on coaching. Although I've had many opportunities to teach fundamentals in a clinic setting I'm getting my first opportunity to coach JO youth for a season. This book was very helpful in getting me to understand that 14 year old girls are going to need a somewhat different approach than adult and high school players and gave me great ideas to help me be successful with them. The assistant coaches were also given the book so that we all were, quite literally, on the same page during practices.
